Self-understanding and acknowledgement can lead you to more appropriate and rewarding career choices. The Personality Type Model identifies four dimensions of personality. Each Dimension will give you a clear differentiation of your personality. The combination of your most dominant preferences is used to create your individual personality type. Your four dimensional personality is mentioned in this chart. Your personality assessment will indicate your preferences. The graph below provides information about the personality type you belong based on the scoring of your responses. Each of the four preferences as your answers indicated is shown by a bar in the chart.

Your personality type is:

1. Introvert

You are an Introvert. Such people are more private, and less public. Introverts need time to think before responding to a situation, and develop their ideas by reflecting privately. Introverts' personality traits can be passionate, but not usually aggressive. Introverts tend to get their energy from within. You like to spend your time alone.

2. Sensing

Your personality type is sensing. You are more likely to trust information that is in the present, tangible and concrete: that is, information that can be understood by the five senses. This makes you an attentive person who lives in the present moment, is very aware of details, however small, and accurate with facts and with a good sense of practicalities. Sensing People do well in hands on work and practices like Mechanical work, architecture, Engineering.

3. Thinking

You like take decisions through thinking. People who are of the thinking type make decisions based on logic rather than the circumstances. This makes you very good at analyzing situations, standing your ground when necessary or find flaws in systems or reasoning. You are ruled by your head instead of your heart. Thinking people do well in logical work like law, computer engineer, pilot, clerical work.

4. Judging

Your Personality is also aligned with judging. Judgers approach life in a structured way. Creating plans and organizing their world to achieve their goals and desired results in a predictable way. They get their sence of control by taking charge of their environment and making choices early. They are self-disciplined and decisive, and seek closure in decisions. When they ask for things they are specific and expect others to do as they say. They enjoy being experts. At work, they decide quickly and clearly and work to get the job done. Judging people do well in enterprising work like marketing and sales , military etc.

Work Nature

Science is actually an important area of learning. It’s a kind of subject that studying all of it would be impossible! That’s why scientists concentrate on the area of science   which interests them the most and they specialize in one particular area. The main three categories of science are biology, Chemistry and Physics.

•    The biologist   studies what living things are, what they are made of and how they behave.
•    The chemist   studies what substances are made of, and how they behave when mixed together.
•    The physicist   studies materials, and how they are affected by sources of energy, such as electricity.
•    The botanist    studies how plants live and grow. He explores the ways of using plants for food or for medicines.
•    The geologist    studies substances in the Earth, how the Earth was formed and how it changes.
•    Meteorologists look at the Earth’s atmosphere and measure the changes that produce our weather.
•    Marine biologist   studies all the plants and animals in the sea, from huge whales to tiny diatoms.
•    The biochemist finds out about the chemical processes that make all living things work.
•    The astronomer studies everything in the universe, like stars and planets. They try to discover how the universe works.
•    Human biologist   studies how the human body works, what can go wrong with it can be cured.
•    The pharmacist makes drugs and medicines to treat diseases.
•    Nuclear physicist   studies the behavior of tiny particles inside atoms.
•    Microbiologist studies tiny creatures, such as algae and bacteria
•    Physical chemist studies the atoms and molecules that make up all matter.

Typically the job nature of the science and mathematics stream will be,
•    Develop computational methods for solving problems that occur in areas of science and engineering or that come from applications in business or industry.
•    Apply mathematical theories and techniques to the solution of practical problems in business, engineering, the sciences, or other fields.
•    Develop or apply mathematical or statistical theory and methods to collect, organize, interpret, and summarize numerical data to provide usable information
•    Conduct research into fundamental computer and information science as theorists, designers, or inventors.
•    Develop solutions to problems in the field of computer hardware and software.

Knowledge:
•    Science and mathematics.
•    Computers and technology.
